  Good Afternoon,

Attached you will find the agenda and Federal Register Notice for the
upcoming full Panel Teleconference on October 18, 2006.    The call in
information is below if you would like to listen to the meeting.  As
noted on the agenda, there will a public comment session from 3:30 -
4:00 p.m.  The phone lines will be open at 3:30 only for those who have
registered for public comment.  If you would like to make a public
comment please call Tinya White-Taylor at (202) 358-6420 to schedule a
time.  There are only 30 minutes allotted for the public comment
session, therefore reservations will be taken on first come first serve
basis.
