Hi, everyone! I host a voice mail discussion group called NFB Chat on the Philmore voice mail system for NFB members, past members, or people interested in finding out more about the NFB, and someone asked whether the Presidential releases can be ordered by chapter members who aren't chapter presidents, or by nonmembers of NFB.
