Hello your stream sounded very good.
It was nice to hear Diane McGeorge's story of the things she did when she
was a child living in Nebraska in the 1930's and the 1940's.

Did you know that Diane likes folk music?

I met her and Ray in May of 1965 in Denver, Colorado when they spoke at
George
Washington, High School.
My parents were still alive in those days and I thought the topics were
interesting.
My Parents were involved in the Parents of Blind Organization which was
founded By Kenneth W. Stevenson in 1951.
That organization worked with the then Colorado Federation of the Blind as
it was known then, and The Denver Association of the Blind, as it was known
then.

My Parents took the McGeorge's out to dinner at Fitzsimons Of The
Officirs Club on Steak night.

My Father was Army Retired Captain and my parents were always friends with
the McGeorge's.

This is one of the reasons that I joined the Denver Association of the Blind
in January of 1972, which later changed their name
to The National Federation of the Blind of Denver.

Colorado officially got their name changed in the National Federation of the
Blind National Convention in July of 1973 in New York City.

Lyle Neff was the State President at that time.

Ask Ray to tell you some stories about my parents and may be Diane has some
stories as well.

My parents are both dead now, but I can always hear stories about my
parents.

I can be contacted at kenneth.chrane at verizon.net so I can share them with my
sisters.

Sincerely,

Kenneth Chrane
