Money identifying devices are costly and remember that seventy five
percent unemployment rate.  Folding money works but you better make sure
the person you ask to identify it the fist time tells you the truth.  Not
everyone has a family member of friend they can go to.  Most countries
have money that is identifiable why dont we?
