[nfb-talk] Fw: [acb-l] NPR News coverage of the Treasury Decision

Hello all,

I think ACB people are about to break out the bottle of champagne over this
judge's ruling. I think they still have a way to go. The treasury could
appeal in ten days. Many of the talk show hosts continue to bring up a
judge's ruling having the power and authority of a legislature. I don't
think this is a done deal by any means! Below is a link to the news story
coverage from NPR if anyone wishes to go to it.

The segment on GMA did air this morning just after 8 AM central time.
I
have to say that Chris did a nice job on that one.

Let's enjoy the victory. It is my understanding from the story that
the
Treasury Dept. only has 10 days to either appeal or start working on
an
access solution. It looks like they don't have much room on this one.
Haleluah!
