You are just giving us history. Are you saying we should stay with the
paper money or go back to all coins. To me, it is not clear.

Hi With the Gold Standard it would be easier to identify money.
The Federal Reserve Bank would have to be abolished, followed by the
return
to the Gold Standard.
The U.S. Constitution says:
"Congress shall authorize the coinage of money."
This was true in 1787 followed by the passage of our bill of rights.
The Federal Reserve system was established over the Christmas Holidays
in
1913.
President Franklin D. Roosevelt took us off of the Gold Standard in
1933.
Those are my thoughts.
