Did anyone vote using an html form? I guess the idea was to fill it out
with your own PC, print it out, and send the thing in.

Subject: Re: [nfb-talk] [nfbnh-news] Independently Voting in 2006

Steve Hoad posted his positive experience using the phone/fax voting
system.
Interesting that Maine used the same system, tho he was concerned that
if no
one else used it his ballot would not be secret. Here in NH the election
officials were told to use it so there would be a number of other faxed
ballots to mask yours. When I voted in Moultonboro around 3 PM no one
else
from the general public had used it, but eight election officials had.
It worked perfectly tho it was slow. I had skipped one contest on
purpose,
and when I finished it reminded me of this and directed me how to go
back. I
did so. There were two propositions and it offered to read them before I
voted, but did not insist that I do so.

It took me far longer to vote than it took my wife, so she got fat
eating
the post-voting bribes of chocolate always given out at the Moultonboro
polls.

The buttons on the phone were very large and several times I did not
move
far enough to the right to hit "6" for next candidate, but its speech
corrected my actions.

I am carboning this to NFB-talk for the sake of those there monitoring
the
success of accessible voting nation wide. I have forgotten where I was
supposed to write, but I figure it will be picked up there.

Best,
