[nfb-talk] Retaining Chapter Members

Does anyone out there have suggestions about how to retain new members once 
they've decided they want to join our local chapter? I know that I'd like to 
see our chapters grow, but I also realize that growth for the sake of growth 
is not the right idea. So, once folks find people and the new members have 
joined, what can we do to keep them interested in coming month after month? 
Any ideas would be greatly appreciated. Thanks.
