Steve if you would send that talk to me in a text file I would much
appreciate it. I think we agree more than we disagree. I am not saying
that the NFB philosphy is all wrong and I agree we should encourage
people to be all they can be but as you said yourself sometimes there are
choices you have to make and sometimes accomodations save time and
frustration. However itr is always best to do what we can for ourselves.
There is also the fact of human nature and each of us takes the
organizational beliefs in our own way from our own perspective and I
think that is where things get clouded sometimes.
What I am impressed with right now is the fact you and I are in fact
having a dialogue on differing views and neither of us is attacking the
other person or the other organization. Now if we can do this then i
think the rest of the organizations should be able to do it as well.
Neither group is going to completely give up their own beliefs but
talking and sharing why we feel as we do opens up other perspectives and
as you and I are seeing we are not nearly as far apart as you might
think.
