[nfb-talk] Creating a web site

IMO it's fairly easy to create a web site that's useable; the HTML 
coding isn't too difficult to grasp. However, if one wants a web site 
that not only conveys information but has pizaz for the sighted, it gets 
a bit more complicated. I can help you with *very* simple HTML coding;
