OK then if NFB promotes Braille why doesn't it send out requested 
information in Braille? I'll take for example the IRS Forms 990 in Braille. 
But they weren't sent to me in this manner. Rather they were sent in print 
and belatedly at that. Moreover, the AAF and Tenbroek 990s weren't sent in 
any format whatsoever.

And you've now seen the lawful requests for them.
