Dear Joe,
Yes, I wonder what they do think about it.
I just spent the last 25 minutes reading the case law.
The long and the short of it is the the NFB won the case and appeals.
The case has to do with the State of Carolina and it's restrictive laws
governing language used in charitable solicitations being protected under
free speech.
The NFB won the cases which have nothing to do with what we were talking
about here on the list.
Your just trying to scare us with the idea that you know something we don't.
Go away Joe and stop filling up our in boxes with your nonsense.
