[nfb-talk] ACB members in NFB

[Michael Bullis]

I think, after reading the case, that it has nothing to do with speech on 
listservs or, for that matter, excluding speech.  Furthermore, it deals with 
theState's interest in compelling speech or silence, not a private 
organizations interest in doing the same.
