Dear Joe,

You are not right in this and you can be legally bumped off any Public list 
for mis-behavior.
If you don't think so just keep it up and you will get bounced again.
It is not a "free speech" issue, but one of bad behavior and disruption.
Follow the rules and you can stay, don't and we can toss you out just the 
same as any other Public entity can.
You have a false idea about how much protection the law gives you.
We are not afraid of you and your threats and insinuations.
