Universities have the right to expel students who fail to meet minimum
academic standards, disabled or not.  Financial aid excludes people who
make to much money, disabled or not.  A disruptive person can be asked to
leave a university classroom, again without affecting their 504
compliance.

Yes, if you are disruptive enough to this mailing list, you can and will
be removed from it.  Your right to be on this public list is contingent
upon following the established code of conduct for remaining on this list.

You seem to not be trying to make many friends here.  That's really too
bad, because some of the people on this list can be quite friendly.  If
you want to see how quickly you can so infuriate people that you are
bumped off the list, I can't stop you.  But if you actually care about the
future of blind people, you might consider asking questions rather than
making accusations.

Just friendly advice--do as you will with it.
