Mike,
You and this policy are in strictest violation of Section504 of the
Rehabilitation Act of 1973. Now, I frankly don't mind such things so long as
NFB and others who practice such illegally discrimanatory activities desist
from receiving any federal funds whatsoever.
In short if you wish to be such an exclusive entity then desist from
receiving federal funding. If not you have to take all comers.
Ditto for all NFB Centers. If they wish for taxpayer funding then they must
follwo all applicable federal laws including Section504
If they wish to practice other things then again foregoe federal funding.
An exsample: a college can violate federal civil rights laws related to
color or race or religion if they wish to foregoe federal funds. But they
can't accept federal funds and violate existing civil rights statutes.
