iS nfb WILLING TO FOREGOE FEDERAL FUNDING? hARDLY, AND THUS THEY MUST COMPLY 
WITH DUEL MEMBERSHIP.

aND THEY CANNOT BUMP ME FROM THESE LIST SERVES EITHER LEGALLY!
