[nfb-talk] National Center hours?

What hours does someone answer phones at the National Center?  I've tried to 
get them and, only once got the automated answering system.  I tried to 
leave a voice mail message, but the person's box was full.  Then, I tried to 
call back to see if I could talk with someone else and just get ringing. 
That's what happened yesterday.  Maybe there are phone problems?
