ALOHA KAKOU.
Dear smart election officials and high VIP's.
SUBJECT: PLEASE FORWARD TO PEOPLE OF IMPORTANCE.
WE, THE BLIND PEOPLE DO NOT NEED ANY NEW BRAILLE OR LARGER CURRENCY! WE
HAVE LEARNED HOW TO FOLD OUR DIFFERENT BILLS AND MORE THAN 90% OF US HAVE A
LITTLE VISION, MAGNIFIERS OR MACHINES TO IDENTIFY OUR BILLS. AGAIN THIS WAS
NOT OUR EXPENSIVE IDEA! WE HAVE OTHER NEEDS, JUST ASK US, THE BLIND, AND NOT
OUR AGENCIES!
Please let us not create more HATE CRIMES against the BLIND!
This year's election had the greatest momentum to get people involved. Yet
the great sector of the homebound elderly, deaf, blind and the many other
handicapped have been neglected, yet their massive vote can make the
difference. Absentee voting is the answer! The City of Honolulu gives the
elderly a free Kapuna ID with Picture. With just the stricter screening for
the official State or Federal ID, we could offer the above sector of elderly
and officially certified handicapped these IDs for FREE and register the
extra hundreds of thousands at the same time for our very needed statistic
and outreach absentee ballots. The free Bus Passes for handicapped with a
special Marking could also be included to save production costs.
Presently we only hear from thousands of their begging charity agencies that
mostly keep 90% of the collected funds for themselves without ANY ACCOUNTING
OR ACCOUNTABILITY!
We could also think about the millions of free laptops we are giving to
children of present or future ENEMY countries! Give them to our handicapped
at HOME! Free High Speed Internet Connections for the above group would
truly give great self-education to the handicapped. Statistics show that 90%
of all legally blind can see at least a little and can hear! 90% of
certified deaf, mostly elderly, can hear a little with no clear
understanding and they can see! The simple programs Zoom Text and Jaws
enlarge everything and read it loudly on computers. Therefore, free High
Speed Internet Access would be their tool for savings on self- education and
general communication without paying the present great overhead. Slowly
phase out outdated, *isolating* Braille, American Sign Language, expensive
$7.- per minute Video Relay Service now only used by a tiny minority.
Replace it with laptop computers and FREE High Speed Internet Connections
with video chat and down-streaming to integrate handicapped with the general
population. That alone would save billions of Dollars and make homebound
handicapped productive useful taxpayers. Digital delivery, now used in movie
theaters, will be the FUTURE OF EDUCATION!
For my published HONEST opinions I shall expect the punishment by the many
self serving "CHARITABLE AGENCIES!"
With my Love of Aloha to ALL,
