Sara Larkin and I have been co-chairs of the biennial POSB STEM (previously just Math and Science) Institute for Instruction since 2011.  For any of our STEM teachers with blind students and TSVIs who need to know more about supporting our students in STEM, this is a must attend event that only happens every two years.



We do our best with no budget to make this the most affordable conference for all attendees, presenters, and vendors. I think we have outdone ourselves this year. CATT - SW is our big time sponsor for the venue, and the CSB was able to get us the terrific hotel price which includes breakfast!! Every year that Sara and I do this, we get disappointed emails after the event that someone didn't get "the word". We are hoping that you can help get "the word" out. See the email below that we are sending out to people now and our updated "Save the Date". If you are willing, please use what you can of the email below and the attachment to make it easier for you to promote this event to those you think would be interested in attending, presenting,  and/or exhibiting. Of course, we would love for each of you to attend, present, and/or exhibit if you would like to share your love for science, technology, and mathematics education for students who are blind or visually impaired!
