[NFB-Science] Disability Product Inventors

Hello Colleagues:

I am investigating the possibility of doing a series of podcast interviews
of disability product inventors.

 

Regarding blindness I have in mind Ray Kurzweil and Dean Blazie but wonder
about others who are still alive that have contributed to blindness
solutions.

Please send me any recommendations you have for those who should be
interviewed.  These podcasts would not just be focused on blindness.  Dean
Kamen for his work on an all-terrain wheelchair - The iBOT,  and a
prosthetic arm deserve attention.

 

If you know of other companies or individuals who deserve attention, please
let me know and, if you have contact information, please send that along as
well.
