[Nfb-science] seeking talking digital scale

Hello listers,

Does anyone know where I might find a digital scale that talks? I need to
weigh stone spear points the largest of which would be about 6 inches long
and heaviest weight would be far less than a pound. The other option I have
would be to find an old-fashioned balance scale that you hang gram weights
of off, but even that I think I'd disturb when I tried to touch the pans to
tell when the scales balance. Either way, I need to find a solution in the
next couple of weeks. My past solution was to hire a reader, but I'm not
having any luck at the research site (out-of-state) this time. My job ad
has been posted for 2 weeks already and no hits. I even resubmitted the ad
to explicitly say that I'd be flexible with student class schedules and that
it'd be part-time. There is still reader time needed for photographs and
reading records, but I'm thinking that if I could do the weights I might be
able to concentrate reader time in shorter bursts throughout the day.

Thanks in advance for any suggestions.

Does anyone know where I might find a digital scale that talks?  I need to weigh stone spear points the largest of which would be about 6 inches long and heaviest weight would be far less than a pound.  The other option I have would be to find an old-fashioned balance scale that you hang gram weights of off, but even that I think I'd disturb when I tried to touch the pans to tell when the scales balance.
