[Nfb-science] A Time for Support

Hello My Friends: 
I am asking for prayers and  support. I maybe facing surgery on my right eye 
to deal with an issue that has  come up concerning the Cornea and the lens 
(that has a cataract); I have a lot  of debris on the cornea that also needs to 
be removed. It has been a growing  concern for about 2 years. I am being 
referred to a very good surgeon who  specializes in cataract and cornea issues.  
This is going to be a very hard  decision to make. I’m concerned about the 
overall health of the eye and  maintaining the usable and functional vision I 
have left.  
I hope all of you can be  supportive to me and keep me in your thoughts and 
prayers. I see the surgeon  October 2 (my birthday) and plan to have the 
surgery in December (during the  break) so I can recover before winter quarter 
starts in January.
