[Nfb-science] BrlTex 0.0.1 alpha2 released

It didn't really require any alterations, just the exports to be made clear 
to the compiler. I understand it should be possible to do it with out 
modifying the code, but I was having difficulty getting the formatting right 
for that, and it seemed simpler to just insert the small bit of code at the 
beginning of each exported function. As I said, I used LCC, this seems to be 
free (at least for home use).

I did get some warnings, but it doesn't seem to affect my dll for what I 
need, so I decided not to follow it up as I am not very familiar with C.
