Hello,
For those interested, I have now made a release of BrlTex 0.0.1 alpha2. This release is still considered a testing release, and also is just a snapshot before I make a large change to BrlTex, so should anyone have problems with the new version then they should have a version that should work.

This version has some extra features added since version 0.0.1 alpha1. These include, BrlView for viewing the BRF files produced by BrlTex on a braille display, textconvert to get rid of some unicode characters that bring up errors in BrlTex (these characters may appear from text copied from MS word), update to install.py to use plasTeX 0.6.2 so that BrlTex now works on python 2.5 (using python 2.5 is recommended as it will mean that no extra modules need to be installed to use BrlView with libbraille) and many fixes and smaller improvements.

Once I have made the big changes to BrlTex (to use liblouis for translation) I will probably be making another release, as this should solve some bugs created by using NFBTrans. Soon after that I will be concentrating on cleaning up the code, and fixing bugs and making a stable release. Unfortunately for alot of people, I do not intend to implement nemeth code before the first stable release, but I might start adding it after that, or if someone wishes to work on it before, then they are welcome to, and I would be prepared to make a branch for it in SVN.
