There is supposed to be an attachment with this e-mail, however, there is 
not. The attachment is said to contain some extremely useful information. 
Could this be rectafied somehow?

  Now, as you may already know, Sacramento Regional Transit is again raising 
fares and making some slight changes to its schedule.  Please read below, 
and be prepared to pay more to ride the bus starting next month.
