Dear NFB River City Chapter Members and Friends:
  Thank you to the several of you who made our chapter anniversary celebration at the RiverCats special!  It was great to have each of you.  Remember, there is no regular meeting on Saturday.
  Now, as you may already know, Sacramento Regional Transit is again raising fares and making some slight changes to its schedule.  Please read below, and be prepared to pay more to ride the bus starting next month.
