Subject: 2008 National Convention

Dear Colleague:

Attached to this E-mail you will find two letters, one letter was sent to potential outside exhibitors and sponsors and the other to National
Federation of the Blind committee and division leaders. Additionally, all parties received a
Fact Sheet
, an
Exhibitor Application ,
Sponsorship Opportunities
 information, a
Sponsorship Application
, the
"2008 Convention Bulletin"
from the Braille Monitor and a
2008 National Convention Pre-registration Form
. We should encourage agencies, organizations, or individuals to exhibit their services or products of interest to blind persons. The
"2008 Guidelines"
will make it possible for us to have a coordinated effort.

Other than the payment of an exhibit fee and excluding permission to enter the exhibit hall prior to the adjournments of the Wednesday through
Saturday morning general sessions, all stipulations of the abovementioned "Guidelines" apply not only to outside exhibitors, but also to Federation committees,
divisions, and affiliates. Please remember that we no longer are able to provide free exhibit spaces to local chapters. Chapters that wish to have space
in the exhibit hall should coordinate requests with their affiliate president.

I ask that you carefully review and complete the 2008 National Convention Pre-registration Form to save both time and money. Registration for
our convention in Dallas will cost $20 per person, but you can save $5 by registering in advance. Convention Banquet will cost $40 in Dallas, but you
can save $5 when the tickets are obtained either
online
, or by using the Word document link found in this E-mail. Pre-registration began March 1 and ends May 31.
