I prefer not to make it start too late as when you guys get going it ends  up 
being late before we give up.  
 
This is only my suggestion.  I don't have to sit on the babies on  Saturday, 
and Friday is a shorter day for me to sit on all 3 of the  babies/kids.
 
By the time everyone shows up it is usually well after 8 PM eastern  time.
