Hi Joyce!

I haven't done a lot of picking yarn colors, but not long ago I went with my 
sister to Walmart, saying that I wanted varigated yarn.  She described so 
many color combos that I didn't know which I wanted.  In the end, she asked 
me what type of scene I wanted, such as autumn leaves or sunshine and 
flowers.  I chose sunshine and flowers.  I guess if I were to take orders, 
I'd ask specifically what color someone wanted, or ask for someone's 
favorite color, to give a gift.  Or I might choose colors that I perceive to 
be my favorite match for a product, such as red bag, yellow coasters.
