Hmm, there are so many different yarns on the market there are hundreds if 
not thousands of nice yarns and equally not so nice yarns.  With that said, 
how you separate a yarn in nice vs not nice really depends on your own 
personal preference and the type of projects you enjoy working on.  Some 
knitters prefer a range of needle size and might stay from really small or 
really large needles.  This too will play into your yarn preferences.


If you have a specific project in mind why don't you let me know and give an 
idea of your price range per skein and I'll see if anything comes to mind 
that might suit your needs.
