[Nfb-krafters-korner] Convention idea

I think we should have a "mailing list" at our exhibit hall table and our
meeting to forward ideas to people and to get them to join our division!

I like all the things you listed.  We could also list those members who
want there names on the list;
Their name, location, contact imfo, craft subject or subjects.
This way people can contact us for one on one instructions, answers on
how to do, and how does a blind person do or handle this.  I would find
it easier to list the people by craft, but that might mean some
repeditive name listings.
Praise to who ever thought of the site idea.  I know we were talking of
a member list, but I did not know we were thinking of a site.  Are we
still going to have a group list, in braille, to give out at convention?
If not, it could be e-mailed to the group.  Then we would have contact
imfo about each other.  It is hard to remember, who does what.  I only
know, I am the odd ball with the plastic canvis, but that might not be
for long!

What would you like to be in a website for the Krafters Division?
 
A couple of my thoughts here:
 
1. A place to have downloadable instructions.
2.a place to feature once a month a crafter with pictures, bio and
little explanation or story.
3. A place to put up pictures and ads for selling your crafts.
 
So come on tell me your ideas.
 
This is only in the thinking stages and planning has yet to come.
