Hello Cindy:
Currently, I am not involved doing any crafts outside of what is
required for making tactile books. When I attended college students were
required to take courses in art. The art appreciation course consisted of
lectures showing slides which were not very usable for a totally blind
person. I was allowed to substitute a course in weaving and two courses in
ceramics. In junior high, I also learned about basket weaving and wove two
baskets.
