I have one, but don't know what it is called.   It is a "something" vox.
 
It has these cardboard strips that has this special strip along one  edge.  
You put it into the little box machine and you can record a short  verbal 
message on the cardboard.  By putting the strip back into the box,  it will play 
back your message.
 
So what is it called???
