I think that is the one I was talking about.  Forgot about the 1/4 and
1/2 markings.  You can see, I do not do much measuring.  By the way, if
you are only measuring something little, they have a folding metal
ruler.  Its 12 inches, but folds to 6.  Lite weight.
Labeling yarn idea for later today.  Got to finish e-mail and plenty of
work in the office.

I have a measuring tape that I purchased at the meterial center of NFB
in Baltimore.  It is tactile and has large rivet type thingys every 1
inch and smaller ones every 1/2 inch.  It has double tactile thingys
every 12 inches  and a different set at the yard mark.
 
I believe the tape was $$5.  Well worth it as I use it for sewing and
lots of other things.
