Dear Joyce,
 
    I think it would be a great idea if we can do  something for national 
convention for the arts and crafts group/division.   I do not know if I will be 
attending this year's national convention yet but I  hope that the arts and 
crafts can someday be a division instead of a  group.  I know your frustation 
because I have been working putting towards  an art group in california for the 
last two years and it finally took off at our  state convention this last 
october.  If the group does become a division I  would love be a part of it by 
being on the board or if you need help I am  willing to help out but as I said 
before I do not know if I will be attending  this year's national convention due 
to graduating from community college and for  right now I am applying to 
private colleges in california which can be quite  expensive and i do not know if 
and how much department of rehab and also  finacial aid will assist me for the
