Hi, Joyce.
I'd like to know how to make these so we can use them at our
State convention without making a large financial investment.
Can you help me find instructions somewhere? Thanks in advance.

one would like me to make one send me your wrist size  They need
to be about 1 inched larger then your wrist so send me your
actual wrist measurements and preference of colors so when I go
out shopping at the craft store I will check out what they have.
