I think you can use your toaster oven to bake the polymer clay in.
They sell separate clay ovens, but I bet the toaster oven is just as good.
I don't know about the microwave tho...

Thank you for the website.  I have some more questions please. The  stuff
that you can bake in an oven are you talking about a regular stove oven 
that we
cook with?  My other ??? is I was thinking maybe I would like to  make some
buttons that would be unique for embellishments , but how could I make  them
and
out of what type of material so they can be washed?  I am thinking  like a
hand knit sweater or something like that.
