Hi List,
Most of the time I learn by listening. When I had the stamping Up
party I listened and followed the dirrections and needed only a bit
of help. When I got my supplies home I could practice more and I came
up with several uses for the information.

Making choholate was similar. I made my first batch with a
friend. Now, I read info on the net and increase my knowledge to do
more interesting items with more ease. But I needed the help the
first time in each case.

Often, when Iread dirrections, I imagine the finished product in a
totallay different way then the instructions taught. But most of my
crafts are for my use and they come out to be just what I need.

That is one great thing about crafting. The product is suposed to be
your inturpatation of a craft. Mass production provides like
products every time.

Most people are very happy to show me things. I usually don't have
to say a word. I guess my expression shows my confusion.

I enjoyed finding ways to label my stamps and inks and I use my color
identifier to check paper colors. I use layers of paper and things
like metal decorations, ribbons and flowers with decorative brads to
make my items. I use a stamp or two just to add visual interest and,
of course, the words.
