Dear Lorie,

Members who want to call in just dial the phone number and when prompted 
punch in the code number and the (#) pound sign.
They don't need to try to spell out the words "NFB Krafters" or anything. 
Just the numbers and pound sign.
They can also mute their phone, so we don't have to hear everything going on 
in their house in the back ground, by pressing the (*) Star key and the 
number 6 key.  You unmute using the same key commands.
The system will usually tell you when it ask you to state your name as it 
joins you to the conference.
Remember to ask the chair for a chance to speak by just saying your name and 
wait to be recognized.  Otherwise, everyone will be talking over each other 
and no one will understand what is being said.
Post an agenda of things you want to talk about and follow it.
It will save time,confusion and you will get more done.

Just a little note to remind everybody about tomorrow's new crafter's phone 
chat on Monday starting at 7 pm  central. 8 pm eastern and 6 pm mountain and 
5 pm Pacific. The number for the chat is 712 580 7700 and the code is NFB 
Kraft or 63257238 followed by the pound sign.
