Toni;
To fit with your costumes, do the people wair anything in their hair.
If so, you might be able to use, my craft, plastic canvis, to make items
for the hair. You can make hair bands, birets and take those stretch
loops and attatch a canvis shape and you have something like a scrunchy.
I made a heart and diamond one. You could even stitch a small purse for
the person to cary.
Describe what this costume and type of dress is like and I might be able
to design something to fit your style.

Hi,
I haven't tried any weaving yet, I've mainly done really small sewing
projects like learning to make a button out of a circle of fabric.
It's been a while since I've done any of that though, so I'd need to
refresh my memory.

What type of weaving do you do?
I have found a new love of weaving on a triangle loom!
We do have some others here that work with costume making.
Glad to have you here!
Joyce
