[Nfb-krafters-korner] cake decorating

I can't offer much help on this issue. I'm very low partial, and since you 
have to not touch the decorations while frosting and I do everything by 
touch, I've never really gotten too into this. I can handle a gel tube of 
icing, but that's about it. ;)
