[Nfb-krafters-korner] Terry's slate case, a stylus idea

Terry,
I wonder if it would work to make a loop of several thicknesses of your
rug yarn on some spot on top of your case and then check whether the
loop can be made tight enough to allow someone to insert a stylus and
have it held in the loop even when riding in a cluttered purse? Of
course, styluses come in different handle shapes so some shapes may stay
put better than others. For instance the flat-handled stylus with the
indentation on top may work better than the most common older ones with
the slick round black handles.

Carolyn;
These are for the long, four line slate. I could not come up with a way
to make a pocket for the stylus. They are like a very long eye glass
case. I can make, on special order, a case for a card slate. I would
put the NFB on one side and the Whoozit on the other. I just need to
barrow a card slate to figure out the size.
I will send the descriptive listing of all I originally made so you can
see the colors and designs. You can choose from my list and If I do not
have one of your choosing, I can let you know what I have in your color
or make another for you.
I did the letters and Whoozit with rug yarn so they can be felt.
Bye for now.

Hello Terry,
What a wonderful ad!
How long are the slate cases? Will they hold a stylus too?
Is it for a pocket slate?
40 cells or less?
Just curious!
Thanks so very much.
Carolyn
