Hello Di,

I make small pillows for friends who are going through a rough time in life
or have suffered a loss just to let them know that someone is out here
thinking of them during this time. I usually make them at between five and a
half to six inches. I usually use some type of quilt block pattern for the
top and I might do a little embroidery or add a button as a little extra
decoration. I hope this explains the comfort pillows!
