Dear Audrey,
I am not part of the SCA. You may have my message mixed up with Tony's
message.
I do have allot of experience in making things because I am a
Nuclear/Aerospace Materials Engineer.
I was just trying to find out where in Florida Tony lives and I included
some of the things I have done just as part of my intro.
If I can advise you, or anyone , on how you might make something, I am here
at drevans at bellsouth.net .
AS for historical crafts. I have made swords, shields and did allot of
wroth iron work, but I have not don any in a number of years. I don't have
my forge anymore and any welding I need, I farm it out to others now.
My wife does most of the crafts these days as my job doesn't leave me as
much time as I use to have.
If I can help I will do whatever I can. Let me know your ideas.
David Evans, NFBF
Nuclear/Aerospace Materials Engineer
Builder of the Lunar Rovers and the F-117-A Stealth Fighter
