Cape Cod Foundation Seeks Proposals for Grants to 
Address
Needs of Region

Deadline: March 3, 2008

The Cape Cod Foundation ( 
http://www.capecodfoundation.org/ ) is
 seeking proposals from nonprofit organizations for the 
first of
 two grantmaking cycles this year to support projects 
that will
 address the existing and emerging needs of the region. 
The focus
 of the grants program is general, limited only to the 
requirement
 that projects serve the people of Barnstable County, 
Massachusetts.

Approximately $45,000 has been committed for the spring 
of 2008
 to address a broad range of needs in the areas of 
health, human
 services, environment, education, the arts, and 
community
 development.

The Grant Review Committee meets twice annually to 
review appli-
 cations for funding. The fall deadline for submissions 
will be
 October 1, 2008.
