Hello Atty,
A big, Welcome, to the list. It's not a terribly active list because 
most of the people who are subscribed are very involved in their 
chapters and have lots to keep them busy. However, lots of great ideas 
do get shared and I'd encourage you to go to
www.nfbnet.org
and go the the fun-raising list where you can read the archives. Most 
of what gets posted on this list is strictly fund-raising related. We 
all try to keep the subjects pretty specific so I think you'll find 
your visit to the archives very informative.

Again Atty, welcome to the list and a big welcome back to involvement 
in the Federation. I bet you're chapter's thrilled to have you on 
board with all your enthusiasm, especially working on the fund-raising 
committee!

PS. Everett. I do intend to post an answer to your question, "what's 
your chapter up to right now?" However, I've been extra busy so I 
haven't had a chance yet. I'll try to get it done on the week-end 
after our monthly chapter meeting.

Hello,

My name is Atty and I have joined the fund raising committee in our 
local chapter. I have joined this list to learn from all of you and to 
share ideas. I have just rediscovered the NFB after several years. I 
was in it many years ago but lost transportation to the meetings and 
so lost touch. I moved to a very small town. I have rejoined in March 
and am excited to learn all I can from the fund raising pros!! Thanks 
for having me.
