[Nfb-fundraising] Need some help finding a Monitor article

Dear All,
    Please excuse the cross-posting of this message and its off-topic nature to a couple of these lists. However, I am looking for an article that would be very helpful for the Florida Affiliate's Convention. I thought if I sent it broadly, someone would be able to help!
    At our National Convention in Dallas last year we heard a speaker from Lions International who shared the importance of the Lions partnering with the NFB. His address was re-printed in the Braille Monitor but I cannot find it in the archives on the web site. I did find the speech by Dr. miflin, but this is not the one I am looking for. Does anyone know which issue it was in and the title of the article?
