[New-hampshire-students] No Ads for this year!

Hello folks,
I  haven't forgotten that I still need to finalize the issue of the ads and incentives for our Sept. expo.
In light of that, I have decided  it may be best that for this year we completely cancel the idea of securing any ads  for a program book or program flyer in general.
The best course of action, at this point, will be the creation of a table top poster that will display the names of any agency, or personal contribution, that may come our way. 
This will serve to provide a measure of recognition that is deserved.
If memory serves me, it was  voted on at our fall con that the Officers and Board members will have their rooms paid for once again so this should solve the matter of incentives for free rooms, .
It is my further decision that if anyone other than an Officer or Board member would like to work towards a free room, then I will expect that they take it upon themselves to be creative and do a little fund raising of some kind and for their efforts in securing an amount of $250, a room will be paid for .
Next year we will re-focus on a new course of action for ads, if still desired. for now, our "all" needs to be placed on what's upcoming.
