[New-hampshire-students] Urgent! Hold all program ad forms and letters

good afternoon everyone,
After a very lengthly conversation with gil last night, I believe it may be best to put a hold on sending out any program ad forms and cover letters.
Some of the reasoning behind this decision is:
* We need to develop one single form, for the use of all that will stay consistent to our needs and our mission.
* We will need to implement a committee on strictly fund-raising and install a Chairperson that will be responsible for the coordination of contacts and mailing list so that there will not be a duplication of letters and forms going out to several persons from several members of the affiliate.
* Other members will need to be assigned to this committee to assist in the creation of new ideas and outreach.
* And lastly, I believe we will need to take the time to research whether or not the effort will bring in enough money to cover expenses. More so, the efforts should indeed bring in a larger amount for the benefit if the affiliate accounts!
The ad book specifically, is a huge load on Lucille and I don't want us to be doing all of this for no greater result.
The fund-raising, like we all know is an extremely important task and requires the full time efforts and dedication of many to be successful.
At this time, we have to remain strongly focused on the upcoming tech expo and conference and I don't see that we have the time or the members to put a more successful plan into action.
I do thank you all though for the feedback and the suggestions you made regarding changes to the cover letterl. It will be helpful when we can go over it in a proper way.
